EAT CITRUS FRUITS ALL DAY EVERY DAY

An amazing daily habit to start is to cut a few slices of organic lemon every morning, and place them in a tall – room temperature glass of filtered water. Drink this health tonic first thing in the morning and it will get your digestive system started as well as hydrate you and give you the dose of Vitamin C. It is good to know that our bodies don’t naturally create or store Vitamin C, so this is why we need to take it daily – either via food or supplements.  

Good fruit options include Grapefruit, Oranges, Tangerines, Lemons, Limes, and Clementines. Feel free to eat them raw, in smoothies, juices, salads, anything – be creative!
